The ++search++ function helps to search the wiki content.
When a wiki entry title entirely matches your search request, it will directly be displayed. Otherwise, all titles partly matching your search query will be displayed for you to choose from.
You can always decide to perform a [[full text search]], which searches within the texts of all wiki entries.
